This desirable lot is located on the corner of Beaver Dam Road and Butcher Lane just south of Anchors Run. Be close to everything but located in a small, restrictive friendly lot. However, there is county sewer on the opposite side of Beaver Dame Road, it is in Tidewater Territory and Artesian has a main across the street. The new owner can petition Artesian to be in their territory and Artesian will do all the paperwork and it is a 3-4 month process. There is a plan to run sewer from Anchors Run to Butchers Lane but not in the near future. Butcher Lane has water access via Artesian, but it must be applied for.
